Is it okay to run just a nolva only pct or is that too lean? I ran my first cycle for 10 weeks, it was prop, E and cyp blend that totalled 500mg a week. I gained about 20 pounds on it so I am happy. my pct was setup by my coach and put me on 80mg a day nolva for 4 weeks, then 40mgs for 2 weeks.
