I just want to run LGD by itself to see what it does for me. I am 28 years old and never ran any sort of sarm before. what source should i buy the lgd from and what dosage is better ? I am figuring out to use it either 10 or 20mg a day. some guys said they ran it even higher, i want to bulk up.
