@Mobster You are killing it man. Gotta give you a lot of credit on this. I like that. You're hitting the pressing and then the leg curls hitting both sides of the legs as crucial for development and strength.
flex chest supported row and hammer strength incline are good for chest development.
Just be careful not to strain your shoulder too much. You put too much pressure on your shoulder or something will crack.
