what are the best ideas that you have for steroid bulking I’m at 180 pounds and 5’6’’ 12% body fat 43 years old If i use dianabol or anadrol to bulk will i keep it all or should i use an injectable like testosterone and trenbolone? Or maybe use all 4 lol?
