Feeling 100% recovered today, just some lingering congestion but strength and energy was fully back. Had some extra time so instead of a solid 30 min in sauna I did 10m sauna 10m pool walks laps and did this 3 times for a total of 60 mins.

First day back post Covid and was feeling very weak still so I left it at 2 sets for each exercise. Probably give it a week at that before bumping my volume back up. All in all good workout though.

Just went back and checked and I bet 99% its the high concentration gear you got that’s causing the burning. Looks like 400mg/ml gear to me in the pic.
You’re not by chance using high dosage gear are you, like 400-500mg/ml? That stuff burns like crazy. If it’s just normal 200-250mg/ml I would say it’s the oil or ester if you are still having problems after subq.
I’ve run over a gram and a half a week subq in my hip with no problem, I just switch sides daily. Bloods are always 100% on point. And you can run up to a ml subq in one spot in fatty areas.
Unfortunately no the bulk of the weight loss is water weight. I may have dropped 3 or 4 pounds of fat max but still enough to want to start a cut and go with it.
