I saw a guy post on instagram that amino acids help his soul become more whole and I thought that sounded pretty cool anyone shed light on this? He offered a discount code to buy them so I picked up about $800 worth of them. Will I get swole on this ?

so what is the consensus on amino acids. I guess this is a poll to see what you guys and gals thinking are amino acids something that I should be spending $40 a month on as I do now or not really haven’t noticed any changes so far on this stuff so confused why its so pushed.
