ankle

I've noticed that I have a little issue with my ankle. I kind of twisted it when I was playing tennis. Now it hurts when I do squats and that sort of thing. What is a dosage that you can recommend for BPC that I can try? Do you think that 1 mg a day is good because that's kind of expensive?

So I twisted my ankle when I jumped and I fell awkwardly on it and my ankle twisted. At the time it wasn't a big deal. I just played it off but the next day it got extremely swollen. The doctor gave me some pain medications and said to rest it but I really need to do my cardio. How much BPC...
