I am taking a couple different pre-workouts and I seem to be more jittery and anxious
during the day I noticed my hands start moving on their own. Also my heart rate speeds up and I start getting a weird feeling when I get nervous or stressed. What should I do
I'm looking to take some steroids to make me feel good when I train
I don't want to take anything that's going to make me grumpy or angry or anxious or anything like that
we had to put together a really good feel good cycle what would you include in it
