I’m looking to enter a growth phase
with that I would like to start doing weight training and lifting some bulk and also some Mass
my plan is doing a split like this:
day 1: legs
day 2: rest
day 3: shoulders/abs/neck
day 4: rest
day 5: back/arms/chest
day 6: cardio
day 7: rest
Anything that...
I found a good workout program online wanted to see what you thought about it
this would be for my chest
push ups
Dips
barbell decline bench press
barbell flat bench press
chest fly
4 sets each and 10-12 reps.
I'm looking to become a lot like those guys I see in the gym and online who have very wide chest
currently I have a skinny chest like when I wear a wife-beater shirt it is very loose on my upper body. I need to get bigger in the chest area, this is Getting embarrassing
