cholesterol levels

my current blood pressure is 135 over 85 it's not high enough to get on blood pressure medication but my doctor said if it keeps going I'm going to have to start taking it my total cholesterol levels are also at 240. again not high enough to make medication but close what is the best supplement...

I'm looking for the best supplement for repairing my cholesterol levels. My last cycle they got hit really hard and have not come back down to Earth where they should be. I am doing cardio almost on a daily basis so I have that part taken care of. Which supplement will help here
