I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't do dips because they're very dangerous for your shoulders and also for your wrists and elbows
I was wondering do you think this is true end do you do dips if so how many dips do you usually do and what days do you do them
My doctor has me taking a bunch of drugs right now ever since I had a heart attack. I am on cholesterol medication, and 4 more drugs to help with my heart issues. My question is can I take any supplements along with these drugs or is it too dangerous? Which ones are good and bad
