diabetic

I'm a diabetic type two. I would like to learn more about berberine. What do you guys think about using it every day? I was thinking about using 1 to 2 g per day but I wasn't sure how beneficial it would be considering I'm also on diabetes medication.

I know that weight gainer is out of the question already because of all the sugar. but….Do you think it is safe for a diabetic to use supplements like protein powders and pre workouts or is it too much of a risk due to the sugar is that are typically added to these products?

what do you guys think about a diabetic using sarms at the same time. Is this something I can do. I read that anabolic steroids are not good for diabetics cuz they increase insulin resistance over the long term. I don't want that to happen do sarms do the same thing or are they safer to use
