Looking for your advice on TB500. I have some elbow issues. I used to play a lot of golf and tennis and then when I do weight training my elbows flare up. It's definitely a lot of inflammation. Do you think TB500 will help with this and how much would you recommend? I've heard anywhere from 2 mg...
I currently have a lot of knee and elbow pain
they hurt when I work out and also when I am waking up in the morning. it feels very cold and hard in my joints and I have to move myself around to get things warmed up
do you think this could result from some type of vitamin or mineral deficiency...
My elbows hurt like hell, not sure if it is because of I sleep on it or if it is from the gym
