I heard that football players are using something deer antler spray and it is legal and isn’t on the banned list could this be something that we should be using as well as weightlifters to help us get stronger and more muscles or is it just a gimmick

it's hard for me to not drink beer especially during football and hockey season. I might also have a shot of hard liquor as well. It makes it more fun especially since I bet on the games and can scream at the TV haha. do you think that it's okay to have a little bit of alcohol everyday just...
