I’m going to be going to an Italian restaurant for a birthday party next weekend
I was wondering what are some good options when it comes to healthy eating at an Italian restaurant
I know to avoid the breadsticks and I know to avoid the pasta
but what else could I eat if I’m going to a place...
I'm looking to make healthy sandwiches and was wondering what you guys do yourselves when it comes to making them
I'm also in two subs a lot being Italian from the Northeast
I know though that bread is not good for you and neither is cold cuts. Do you guys do something else to make it healthy
