    How would you run S4 to avoid vision issues?

    Is there a way to use S4 to avoid vision issues? I've been on this stuff for four weeks. It's working really well for me. I'm seeing my lifts get better and I'm seeing good results in the gym. My vision issues are a big deal. I'm running 50 mg a day.

    using a belt again

    I started using a belt again at the gym and noticed that my lifts have actually went down I used to use one years ago and it would help stabilize my back then I stopped using it and noticed my lifts went down a bit but now its weird I am using it again and getting less strong. Why is this?
