    how to run bpc for 12 weeks

    I’ve got 12 weeks worth of BPC that I’m planning on using, but I’m not sure how long they’re going to last. If I were to do 500 mcg every other day, would that be good? I’m looking for help on my wrist and my forearms. They are bothering me a lot. They especially hurt me when I’m doing curls.

    how much bpc to use

    I’m interested in using BPC 157 to get the most results possible. What do you think about stacking 250 mcg per day and then doing that for 8 weeks, then reducing the dose to 125 mcg every other day? I’m 45 years old and I would like some assistance with my bad elbows and forearms.
