I’m looking to break a plateau when it comes to my size. I’m stuck at 180 pounds and I can’t seem to break through even if I eat more it’s hard to really break that number

I have been having trouble breaking a plateau for the past few months.
My bench press has been stuck at 245 pounds and I’m hovering around 225 to 235 for the most part for 2-3 reps.
Would like to blow through 250 with supplement do you recommend??
