I’m looking for some advice when it comes to using supplements for pre-workout purposes
something to give me a little energy and something to give me a little step to my workouts
I want to basically go in there and really be aggressive and throw the weights around like a maniac
what are the best pre workouts that I should be spending my money on
my schedule right now is kind of weird with the holidays coming up
I'm working early shifts in the morning so I try to get on a workout before work so I want to take something before that at around 3 or 4 a.m.
