preworkout

my heart rate seems to race a lot when I get excited or when I train I’m currently 30 years old I want to take something that will help slow it down I do use a preworkout and that is when it started happening

whenever I take pre-workout supplements I'm good for the first 15 minutes and then halfway through my workout I usually crash I've used three or four different one so far I I'll do the same thing. Is there one that you can recommend that won't give me a crash like this
