    best pulling exercises

    Would like to do some pulling exercises during my split. I would like some new ideas that can help me get to where I want to go. What would you recommend that I do? I know that pull downs are an option and so are rows. What do you think about doing pull ups? Are those going to be good as well...

    help with my push/pull/legs

    my training is getting stale and I’m getting bored. I want some advice on changing up my push/pull/legs split. Right now it is setup like this: mon: push wed: pull fri: legs should I do an extra workout on the weekend or change up things entirely ?
