    What do you think about my leg day routine? My gym has a lot of options and this is my setup Squats 4-5 sets Lunges 2-3 sets Leg extensions 3 sets Calf machine 5 sets then front of leg 3 sets What else should i add or take out to work all the legs.

    weird sharp pain going down legs
