upper back

has anyone ever had upper back and neck pain together especially a couple days after a workout. not sure if I tweaked anything or if this is just normal soreness but it won't go away and it hurts a lot where I can't even turn my neck is there a supplement that I can take to speed up my recovery...

I am starting to get really bad breakouts on my upper back and face ever since my doctor put me on TRT. I asked him about it and he laughed and said it would go away and to just be patient he has me using 160mg a week along with adex. Any tips you can give me on how to get rid of it?
