If I am in the USA is it best to use PSL domestic or international shipping options? my dilemma Is there international products are much cheaper than domestic and I am not a rich guy. What would be the ones that you guys recommend for me?

If I live in the USA how long would it take ugfreak to ship to me? I already had a package seized already ordering international so don’t want to go that route again. But let’s say I did order and it was seized would they reship or what is their policy?
