okay so I'm trying to eat more healthy
I usually eat a bunch of meat but I don't eat enough vegetables
I'm tempted to start eating salad everyday to get in the amount of greens that I should get
what are some tips on making a healthy and good tasting salad because I hate eating my vegetables lol
