I was 260 lbs and out of shape. I was in prison and depressed, fighting had size on me still so a lot of guy wanted to challenge. put on a lot of weight that was 2020-2022. My last 2 years in prison from 2022-2024 I started to train again. Getting back in shape and putting my life back in order, preparing to hopefully be release. I read and educated myself the entire time and became well versed in business enterprises and fitness. To build something when I made it home. If I didn`t make parole I still had 8 years left to go.
But I made it, came back home in September of 2024. Got right back in the gym, got my gear back in order and the transformation is astounding. 198 lbs, solid and continuing to grow.
