anyone else get lower back pain on steroids?

Whenever I use steroids I get lower back pain and cramping
I’m drinking as much water as I can and I’m even drinking some electrolyte drinks but nothing seems to help
I read online that it could be a supplement deficiency
does something work for you guys can you recommend what I need to start using?
