Any tips for crazy back pumps,messing up my leg days..mine are to the point where it’s painful, lower back, squats kill me, 3-sets of 12- 315
3-sets of 8 -365
3-sets of 4 -405
Deadlift if the exact same
3-sets 12 calf raises

When n2guard is back in stock take 3 caps ed for it, especially kidneys
but for now get some taurine use 500mgs/day

Taurine and lots of water. Also, if you are eating carbs before training, that can really increase pumps too. Try training in a fasted state.
