best dosage for anavar

this isn’t my first cycle but its been a couple years. I am 29 years old and this is my first time using anavar/oxandrolone. I want to look good on the beach
I’m 5’10’’ and 160 pounds and 8% body fat lean.. I want to stay lean, don’t care about size is 100mg a day anavar too much or should I cut the dose lower?

thats double the amount you need... thats absurd dosing for it... 60 mg per day is the max you should go... you can get the best quality anavar at https://domestic-supply.com and you MUST use n2guard along with any oral steroid you use to protect yourself as much as possible from the high levels of toxicity you get with oral steroids and yes, even anavar is very toxic... not as much as others but it most certainly needs protection used with it

50mgs of anavar per day is good, add 7 caps n2guard adn some cardarine gw 20mgs and that's a good cutting run.

With good quality anavar, 50 mg is going to be plenty for you. You definitely need to have n2guard along with anavar for the toxicity protection as well.

You only need about 50mg man.

This is a personal opinion. More isn’t always better. Play around w the dosage to find what works best for you. Anavar I get I use between 25-50mg w great results and w minimal impact on hdl/ldl. If I were I’d get a blood test prior to starting and after to see how it affected you internally !
