So ever since I used steroids and gained about 15 pounds I’ve had sinus issues
I’m wondering if that could be the reason that I’m snoring a lot more
my wife is complaining about it do you have any supplements that I could try before bed to help me breathe better so I don’t bother my wife

for sinus I would start with getting air freshner
but really you need multi vitamins to get better health overall

anabolic steroids are inflammatory in the body which can cause a host of issues getting worse
but the obvious answer is you put on weight and when you put on weight and obviously is going to increase the chance of snoring
