Newbie
I’ve been suffering from insomnia for several years, I went on sleep meds and I got hooked on them so I had to wean myself off. But now I cannot sleep. I figure I can transition to sleep supplements instead which should be healthier for me right?

For sleep I use n2sleep 2 caps before bed and 2 caps nutrozol.

Transition to NOTHING. Cos you're just switching pills
 
N2Sleep is a good natural product but still not something you want to take every day. Check out the article stevesmi wrote over at EVO. Tons of good tips.
 
You need to not rely on anything to help you sleep. That was your problem in the first place that led to reliance on drugs.
