Can I cancel napsgear order with partial store credit if rest isn’t paid?

Hey guys anyone know if I can cancel order on naps website and get my store credit back if the rest of Payment isn’t sent? I figured out how to apply coupons it just took my 2nd order. I emailed them but didn’t know if I could do it manually since the rest of money isn’t sent.
