If you can eat carbs, get them down.. You owe that you yourself. Use the supplements if you are truly in a pinch, driving, work, whatever..
Also, try blending oats and make them into a fine powder. Get a few plastic cheap bottles from Walmart, pre-fill 2-3 with the oat powder and so Gatorade powder, when you need it just add water and shake and slam. If you add water in advance it will thicken up, add water before you drink it this way you can slam it before it thickens, add some protein powder to it if need be. 25g of protein is all you need, any more will be a thick shake.
2-3 of these, including meals, you'll meet your macro count easily..
