Charcoal while bathing

Does anyone use charcoal and add that to their bath to help clean their bodies more
I got some for the holidays and wondering if you think it would benefit me or if it would not be any use

charcoal is natures detoxifier

if you are ever stuck in the wilderness you can use charcoal for a lot of things from brushing your teeth to even filtering out dirty water to make it safe to drink
