NapsGear Customs and shipping

Made my first order from Naps back in Aug.

Not blaming Naps because i have had nothing but superb customer service from them…but my pack has been stuck in customs for OVER A MONTH.

Anyone else ever had this happen and it still eventually arrive? Or should i be expecting the dreaded letter?

If it's stuck in customs it can be released, just takes time.

Did they say how long is the cut off? international can be up to 6-8 weeks

I did reach out to Naps and they totally took care if me no problem. Naps customer service has been top notch!
They even answered my questions on a Sunday.
