Exercise

NO you should not... thats called overtraining... it NOT good and you should never train every single day, your body never recovers.. 5 days max is what you should do.. i would suggest researching overtraining because it will cause you a lot of problems if you overtrain
 
stay active everyday

but pounding weights everyday is how you develop soft tissue and joint problems

go swimming or do some yoga on non gym days its good for your body
 
Should I be going to the gym everyday? If my body allows me to? If one muscle group is sore I will switch it up obviously, cardio at least twice a week. Any training advice?
I train 6 days per week on cycle with 1 day off but I'm heavy into it

are you planning to share your cycle log with us? that coming? I'm waiting on the answer.
 
5 days on 2 days off do that with 1 day cardio

150 tren e/ 200 test e every 4 days
Day 1 back and shoulders
Day 2 cardio followed by chest
Day 3 bi and tris
Day 4 legs and core
Day 5 cardio followed by back and shoulders
Day 6 bis and tris
Day 7 usually rest
Breakfast usually consists of 4 eggs, 2 pack of oatmeal
Lunch is usually salad/veggies with chicken(lately anyways, gotta switch it up a bit)
Dinner is usually a larger portion of protein with a small side of rice, mash, etc, and a portion of veggies.
Snacks between such as nuts and protein snakes after exercise
