fat burners wrecked my heart health

I’m 58 years old
I’ve been using fat burners for the past two months and my heart health has definitely gone down the drain
my resting heart rate has shot up 15 points and my blood pressure is up about 10 or 12 points
what supplements should I start taking to repair any damage I could have made to my heart
