Genetec pharma scam or not?

My friend bought a bunch of steroids from a place called genetec pharmaceutical and He hooked me up with some vials of their testosterone cypionate. I've been on this stuff for 5 weeks and haven't noticed anything so I went and got blood work and my testosterone levels at 500mg a week came in under 200. does this mean it's fake?
