I am a 31 year old basketball and hockey player in adult leagues.  During winter I play outdoor hockey and during summer we play on the courts.  I want to boost my endurance but am confused how to use SR9009.  I read it has a short half life.  Does this mean i should use it every 2 hours or should I run it just before I train?
