how to use cardazol

Newbie
Im really confused the label says 6 caps but everyone on forums says dont take 6 caps of cardazol unless you advanced.
So how do I take it??
 
OP start slow with cardazol, week 1 2 caps per day, 1 15 minutes before training and 1 right before training. Week 2 3 caps per day, 2 12 min before training and 1 right before training. Do week 2 for about four 4 weeks and see.
