As a kid I had this feeling inside me that I was not good enough. Fear of not being good enough. I wanted to be better. To be stronger. The only thing I could control was that. To get bigger and stronger. I started doing pushups and sit ups at a young age, and felt like I could control those results by putting the effort in. I kept doing it, and doing it.

Fast track to 2012, I win my IFBB pro card at the Canadian Nationals. The goal is also to use these many platforms to motivate, entertain and make the world a better place. If you ask me what my dream is right now, my dream is to change the world. Change the world for the better, even if it's 1%. I am grateful that because of my passion of bodybuilding, I have an opportunity to do that.
