I’ve been extremely frustrated with naps.. sent them 5 emails, even tried reaching out on whatsapp and telegram and even submitted multiple complaints on your site. Despite doing all that I haven’t received a single response. This is the last attempt I will make. They have not had any communication with me after receiving my payment 6 weeks ago. The customer service has been horrible.
