I would say 90 to 120 mg a week is a good starting dose with blood work confirming where you need to be the idea isn't to have too much hormones in your system but to bring you back to where you should be in a normal setting

Merci pour votre question ! Oui, je suis français et je pratique la musculation depuis plus de 30 ans, avec quelques compétitions à mon actif. Je suis sous traitement de substitution à la testostérone (TRT) depuis plusieurs années maintenant et je m'entraîne principalement pour rester en forme.

Actuellement, je prends 125 mg d'énanthate de testostérone par semaine, répartis en deux injections, ainsi que 250 UI de gonadotrophine deux fois par semaine. Cela fonctionne vraiment bien pour moi et m'aide à maintenir ma masse musculaire tout en me sentant en forme avec une bonne libido.

Je suis curieuse de connaître vos expériences et vos opinions : avez-vous déjà envisagé la TRT, ou avez-vous des objectifs similaires ? Quelles sont vos méthodes pour rester en forme ? Je serais heureuse d'échanger avec vous sur ces sujets !

Je dirais que 90 à 120 mg par semaine est une bonne dose de départ avec des analyses sanguines confirmant où vous devez être. L'idée n'est pas d'avoir trop d'hormones dans votre système mais de vous ramener là où vous devriez être dans un environnement normal.

Merci pour votre réponse ! Vous avez tout à fait raison, 90 à 120 mg par semaine est une bonne dose de départ, surtout avec des analyses sanguines qui confirment où l'on devrait être. L'idée est bien de trouver l'équilibre hormonal optimal plutôt que la surcharge.

Suivez-vous un traitement de substitution hormonal entre vos cycles de stéroïdes ? J'aimerais connaître votre expérience à ce sujet et savoir comment cela a influencé vos résultats.

Regarding HCG, I find it very beneficial, especially for libido, and in my case, it works wonderfully. I'm curious to know about your own experiences and what has worked for you in maintaining hormone balance. Have you found any particular protocols or methods that you prefer?

usually with TRT people will use either cyp or enanthate.

i would be getting bloods to see where your levels are at.

generally you want trt to put you 500-700ng/dl with bloods
