what are going to be the best supplements for a pulled groin
I was doing some workouts at the gym and I felt something sort of snap but didn’t know what exactly happened until the next day I woke up with intense pain in my upper leg. The pain is so bad that it’s going down into my knee and it makes it hard to even sleep at night.
Any supplements that you would recommend?

joint support stacks best so glucosamine msm with fish oil
and get some collagen and bone broth
 
sometimes getting the blood circulating around the pulled muscle will be a good thing
 
fish oil will help a lot here
 
I would definitely rest make sure you're taking some sleep supplements to help you recover
