This is a must-have supplement. when I got on this my energy levels have gone up quite a bit. it was recommended by my Holistic healthcare provider and they were right.
it isn't the most Pleasant taste in the world after all it does taste like fish. but I drink some juice right after I take it and it's no problem. highly recommend you try it out but it isn't cheap

you don't need these types of supplements, you should be deriving your good fats already via diet

you're better off using distilled fish oil
