I’m looking for some advice when it comes to working 9 to 5 jobs and getting in my bodybuilding meals.
We have a little kitchen at work with a microwave and small fridge. And I usually mark my boxes of food and praying nobody steals it lol. Sometimes though its gone so I have crack heads ha!
But seriously how do you navigate a 9 to 5 job do you eat a breakfast and then take a lunch with you and then eat when you get home or do you take two meals with you and eat sort of in the late morning and early afternoon?
