what are the best ways to accelerate fat loss. Do you think it has to do with supplementation, is it diet heavy, or is it more having to do with how hard I work out and doing a lot of cardio
if it is diet-related what is the key that you look for when it comes to dieting and what food should I be eating and what food should I be avoiding. I guess it's just the general fat loss question please help
 
well we know it is diet #1, you cannot out run a bad diet

the best foods to eat are single ingredient whole foods that are natural

If you want to get more fat loss, do fasting, like 18:6 or OMAD that works well.
