bros bpc 500mcg is max dose per injection. but you can drop it lower after a few weeks

for bpc to work you must spot inject it. but it works better with tb500

The ankle is going to be a really tough place to inject. i recommend going with tb500 and injecting into your stomach

I would not use bpc. I would go with tb500 instead.

Try 250 mcg, that should work well for you. Grab some skin and see where is a good spot to inject.
