make sure you use tb500 and bpc. I would go with the TB 500 at about 2 mg every other day. It will yield some good results.

bpc is good stuff. I like 500 mcg per day, but pin it as close to the injury as possible.

bros you should stack both tb and bpc. and then add ghk too. All three together make a good stack.
