bpc 500mcg a day is a strong dose. some people will go a bit lower. but overall that will work perfect with tb500

tb500 and bpc work well together stacked. you can do 4-5mgs a week then do bpc alongside it as well. 500mcg is on point

bpc 250mcg a day is all you need. Do that for 2 or 3 weeks, then you can gradually start decreasing the dosage.
